Paula Rodriguez
Career Strategist
Paula is a Tampa Bay Job Links Career Coach with more than 20 years of Human Resources (HR), Workforce Management, and Six Sigma Process Improvement expertise. Her background spans many sectors including, Banking and Finance, Insurance, Retail, Healthcare, Workforce and Non-profit. Her HR expertise includes outplacement, workforce development, recruiting, and career coaching.
Paula’s hands-on consultative approach aides and motivates individuals to be successful throughout their job search. Her knowledge of community programs and services helps to quickly identify and address barriers to employment. Paula knows what it takes to enable a job seeker from being seen as one of the “Trivial Many” to being tagged as one of the “Significant Few!”
Paula holds a B.A. in Management from the University of South Florida and is a member of The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and HR Tampa.
An active volunteer in the community, Paula is often a guest speaker at functions benefiting active military, veterans, and their families. She is a member of the Hillsborough County Veterans Council and an Associate Member of American Gold Star Mothers, Inc. – Tampa Bay Chapter.
Robyn Winters
Career Strategist
Robyn is a Communication and Career Strategist with more than 20 years of experience. Robyn works with individuals to identify and pursue the best work opportunities for their career, and to prepare them to network, interview, and negotiate in the most successful way. Her expertise also includes understanding individual thinking styles, which enables her to coach clients to recognize the style of others during the job search process.
For more than a decade, Robyn worked with three major outplacement firms: Drake Beam Morin (DBM), Right Associates, and Lee Hecht Harrison, designing and leading workshops, working in large-scale career centers, and providing individual coaching and counseling services. She currently serves as a Career Strategist and training facilitator for TampaBay-Job-Links.
Robyn began her career as a Human Resources Training and Development professional, later branching out into Career Transition services as well as communication and presentation skills training. She is a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).
Robyn holds a Master’s Degree from Wesleyan University and was an adjunct faculty instructor at Cornell University’s School of Management in New York City for fifteen years. She is a member of the National Speakers Association and Business & Professional Women.
Robyn is co-author of two books about branding: BrainBranding ~ Activate the Brain…Stimulate Your Brand and BrainBranding – The Manual. Both publications provide hands-on tools and techniques to create a distinctive and memorable personal or business brand.
Amy Cleveland

Amy is a professional career strategist, facilitator, and trainer with specialties in personal development and career management.
Amy has trained over 3,000 employees, managers, and team leaders in organizational management and personal development. She has led over 500 workshops for hourly, exempt, and executive clients in a full spectrum of industries and environments. She is known for her high energy, attitude, and enthusiasm.
In addition, Amy works nationally with companies and individuals as a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) administrator and facilitator specializing in team building, management/leadership training, and self-development. She is also a practicing Personal Trainer certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and is the owner and instructor of a fitness/step aerobics franchise.
Amy received her Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Millersville State University, Millersville, Pennsylvania.
Bob Barry

Bob has been a career strategist with TampaBay-Job-Links since June 2014. He is also a Personal Success Coach who owns his own business, On Point Coaching Solutions, LLC. In addition, he works as an independent contractor and Sr. Career Consultant for Mullin International, a global, career services company, helping candidates through career transition. His entire professional career has been driven by the need to help others to achieve their goals. He has worked in the Tampa Bay area for over 24 years, fulfilling his personal vision – to make a difference to the individuals he helped and the organizations he served, bringing both to new heights of success.
Nikki Trent
Executive Administrative Assistant
Nikki earned an associate degree in Office Technologies/Word Processing from SUNY Cobleskill, Cobleskill, New York and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Nikki spent 14 years at Rockwell Collins, Inc., an international aviation electronics company, where she worked her way from Senior Administrative Assistant to Software Engineer.
