Overcoming Job-Search Fatigue
Even in “normal” times, looking for work can leave you feeling mentally drained, disheartened, and doubting yourself. And if you’re spending hours in front of the computer applying for positions, only to be met by silence or rejection, you might be stuck in a negative cycle. Although you know it’s important to stay motivated and keep moving forward, sometimes that might seem impossible. In this interactive workshop, you will learn how to identify the sources of your fatigue, how it can negatively impact your job search, and how to adopt new strategies to make your job-search journey more productive, enjoyable, and ultimately successful.
