A Journey of Self-Discovery
American novelist and scholar Ralph Ellison once said, “When I discover who I am, I’ll be free.” Unfortunately, we look on the outside for the answers to the things that challenge us. In this workshop, you will be invited to peel the layers of who you are as an individual and take the first steps of an introspective journey. While identifying your VITALS (Values, Interests, Temperament, Aspirations, Limitations, and Strengths) is an ongoing process, the information you will be exposed to will serve as a foundation on which to build. And knowing your VITALS will make it easier for you to identify the career that you are best suited for.
