The desire to change careers – or design a new one – can happen for many reasons, at any time. Successfully changing careers requires reflection, a clear understanding of your reasons to change, recognizing the challenges you may face, and knowing what career skills and values you want to include as you move forward. When you design your career, you can plan a future for yourself that will be rewarding – and rewarded.
