Whether you’re considering a new job offer or discussing a raise with your current employer, you need negotiating skills! Negotiation can add to the quality of your life – from impacting your career earning potential to resetting the bar for future compensation. In this interactive workshop, you will learn (1) when to begin thinking about negotiating for a potential position; and (2) the necessary preparations to successfully negotiate. Whether you love or hate the negotiation stage of job search, it’s important to weigh your options, know what’s at stake, and not leave any money or benefits on the table. The result? You can take the lead and get the offer package you want.
