Networking – defined as the cultivation of productive business or personal relationships – accounts for 70-85% of connections that lead to landing a job. Yet, for all its benefits, there are many job seekers who are not comfortable – or who may even avoid – using networking as a job-search tool. Purpose-driven networking is a unique way to focus in on your networking goals and land a job that’s the right fit for you. Discover ways to reduce the anxiety sometimes associated with networking and learn specific tools, activities, and strategies to make your networking efforts successful.
