Getting the Right Fit - A Hiring Manager's Perspective
As a job candidate, you spend considerable time preparing résumés and cover letters, and polishing your interview techniques. These activities concentrate on your application materials and how you will respond to interview questions. Unlike a typical job-search preparation workshop, this special program offers a unique focus on YOU, the candidate, from the hiring manager’s point of view. By understanding the interview and selection process from the hiring manager’s perspective, you can gain insight into what they have in mind – and how important it is to hire the “right” individual. Join us to understand the answers to questions, including
What is the hiring manager paying most attention to?
What does the hiring manager hear in your words?
What is a hiring manager really looking for?
How can you know if you are still being considered for the role?
