Our professional coaching staff will work alongside you during your career transition. Our programs are designed for the individual and include both one-on-one coaching and group sessions. For more information about our programs and services, please contact us by email at email@example.com or by phone at (813) 344-0200.
We provide individualized job-search guidance and career coaching. Our trained career strategists serve as sounding boards and coaches for candidates and are experts in topics such as résumé writing, interview preparation, and the development of social media and networking skills. Candidates are paired with a career strategist who will work with them in one-on-one sessions through the duration of their job search. Candidates work with their strategist to develop and refine their personal career and employment goals, marketing materials, lists of ideal employers, and plan of action. Coaching sessions are usually held at the TBJL office, however, once a report is established candidates may meet with their coaches in a mutually convenient public location or via Skype.
